Sunshine & Sales: Resellers Meetup at Punta Gorda, FL!

Hi everyone! Welcome back to our channel and if you’re new in here, welcome! I’m Becca and this is Bianca and today on our episode we’re gonna attend a reseller meet up in Punta Gorda and today we’re gonna go on stingrays! And let’s go!

The one and only Dana Crawford, aka Power Selling Mom, a reselling wizard since 1997 with a cabinet full of eBay awards, Took the reigns and made it an amazing event to remember! And guess what? Picture this, our second reseller meetup just kicked off in the vibrant Punta Gorda, Florida! We’re on a mission to expand our group, creating a haven for both newbies and seasoned online resellers alike.

It’s the place to be for swapping selling tips, learning the ropes of online selling, whether you’re just clearing out stuff from your attic, or running a full blown online empire. We dive into the nitty gritty of eBay selling, conquering Facebook Marketplace, Tackle Mercari, Poshmark, and more. It’s not just a meetup, it’s a community in the making.

We also have our power couple Bob and Linda from Cape Coral. They showed us their items that they are selling, which is a Singer sewing machine that has undergone a breathtaking restoration, restoring it to its former glory. They sourced the sewing machines and stripped them to metal by sandblasting them and then powder coating them in a new color.

On our meetup, they showcased a Singer featherweight with pink and blue colors. Bob buys them in black, takes them apart, sandblasts them, and powder coat them. He also baked these beauties to achieve that smooth texture. I’m so glad I attended this meetup because I learned something new and awesome, This is what eBay reseller meetup is all about!

Well, hold on to your seats because we had a rockstar lady zoom in all the way from Largo, St. Pete. And you know what she said? The gems of wisdom she picked up from our meetup made the entire trip worth it! Imagine rubbing shoulders with like minded folks, sharing stories, and soaking in the collective wisdom.That’s what it’s all about.

But wait, there’s more! As we spread our wings, we’re bringing in speakers that will make your reseller heart skip a beat! And get this, once we hit the magic number of 30 attendees, eBay themselves are sending a representative to spill the secrets of the trade.

Alright, after our meetup and fabulous lunch, we head straight to Goodwill in Punta Gorda. And I just saw Cheryl and Linda just checking out this cart full of new items to be put on the shelves. Cheryl loves to collect glasswares and amazing, um, items that’s gonna be put on her boutique in Tampa. And we just saw this brand new and big Lazy Susan, which is interesting.
